  • How do I hire a container?

  • What is the process for having a container delivered?
    1. As part of your order we will require the following:
      1. Full site address and post code.
      2. Site contact name and telephone number.
      3. Any special instuctions for our transport department.
    2. A delivery date is booked by our transport department.
    3. Our driver, if required will contact your site contact when on route.
    4. The unit will be positioned in a safe and secure position.
  • What to do when I am finished with my container?
    1. Contact the team to arrange the off hire of your unit.
    2. An off hire date will be agreed.
    3. A collection date will be agreed.
    4. You will be asked to make sure the keys are with the unit when collected.
  • What type of toilet do I require?
    1. A Fleetflush single cold water chemical toilet.
    2. A Hotshot single hot water chemical toilet.
    3. A mains toilet block.
    4. A mains toilet block, male & Female cubicles.
    5. A mains toilet block with disabled access.
  • How is my toilet serviced?
    1. Chemical toilets have a weekly service change Included in the weekly hire price.
    2. Mains toilets, you will need to contact us to arrange a waste tank empty
    3. It is important to have a final waste tank empty before mains toilets are off hired.
  • Can I purchase new or used storage containers?
    1. We sell used ex hire storage containers, painted in a colour of your choice
    2. We sell new storage containers in our company Blue or in a colour of your choice
  • What do I do if my container is broken into?
    1. Report it to the police.
    2. Report to Eagle Containers team.
    3. We will carry out an onsite repair to rectify the damage.
